House — Leakage of drainage water

Hello sir,

I am local resident of T.R.T Quaters 188, Seethafalmandi, Secunderbad.

I am facing problem with my upstaris neighbours has there is drainage leakage problem from their bathroom the drainage water is directly coming to over kitchen premises i have reported to them to repair there bathroom but they refused to do that it is causing a lot problem to us

Please help me
