To whomsoever it may concern,
A TV unit was booked in APRIL and it reached us a month afterwards in abysmal condition, the packaging of the product was so poor, all the wooden planks are broken. The complaint was lodged a day after delivery and till now no action has been taken. It's almost TWO MONTHS since the product was booked and the amount paid in FULL.
The customer care executives are of no help at all. They are the most apathetic people. This has been the worst shopping experience.
