[Resolved] Housefull Furniture — Delivery and Quality of Service | |||
Hi All, I have purchased furniture from Housefull furniture costing around 30 K. I ordered furniture on 8th July 2012 of which only few furniture were delivered and few furniture are yet not delivered. A part from delivered furniture they are very poor quality, dressing table is not steady, keeps dancing when anyone touch it. My Computer table is yet not delivered, and wardrobe received in damaged condition, both are yet not resolved. I was really stupid for not referring consumer complaints forum and purchasing furniture from housefull. Each time customer care team commits to send and repair my furniture by tomorrow. For last 1 month i am waiting for their tomorrow. Customer Care People who are already aware of my issue : Prashant, Faizal, Sonu, Swapnil, Sunita My Order No. 1305.
