Housefull Furniture — failed delivery | |||
I ordered 2 items from housefull separately, 1 online and 1 from their store on 11th April and the delivery dates were promised to be 1 week post the purchase for 1 and 10 days later for the other one. Its been almost a month and only 1 was delivered a few days back and there is no clue of the other item. Despite several email sent by me and plenty of calls made, i cant get a response from them. Their call centre is always out of order and Ive received only 1 reply via email to my first mail. I have no clue if they even exist or theyve shut shop. The one piece that was delivered was not assembled and again i cant get in touch with anyone for that. I am thoroughly disappointed and want my money back Was this information helpful? | |||
