after the delivery was made, on 10 september the carpenter who came for installation found few parts are broken. I was informed by the customer care that a complaint is recorded and the replacement and installation will be done within 2 days. Since then, I am being repeatedly given a new date for delivery, and nothing has happened yet. I have spoken to mr. Deepak and santosh from the store, and no one is able to give me a written confirmation. I would like to know when would you stop cheating people. Was this information helpful? |
Now the question is I have used the product hardly but having problem more than that. The product is in 1 year warranty and they did not give us proper service as far and after 1 year, what will I do? just keep the product in showcase? I asked for full refund and request them to take their product back but they informed me back that refund will not be possible as their company policy. Do they have company policy to cheat the people only? I think tomorrow some thieves opened a company and set their policy not to give back their goods which they have theft and inform police about their policy.
Now I want to see, what court and media will take their policy to teach them. I will see their last minute.
