[Resolved] Housefull Furniture — Furniture not delivered | |||
I bought a wardrobe almost 3 weeks ago. They delivered the furniture parts but the mirror was missing. The carpenter did not assemble one door because the mirror was missing. I lodged a complaint with Houseful and it has been more than 10 days. They haven't delivered the mirror yet. Every time I call them, they promise to call me with an update in half an hour but actually no one calls. This is frustrating. Any one has ideas what I can do to get them to deliver the mirror besides waiting and calling them frequently? Was this information helpful? | |||
