[Resolved] Housefull Furniture, Kharadi — Efficient after sales service, defective material | |||
Hi I have purchased a bed set & wal unit from Housefull, Kharadi in Septamber 2009. When the goods were assembled, I found that the glass in the wall unit is broken. I have immediately complaned for the same to carpenter & have also spoken to the manager of housefull. Since then, I have made several visits to there store as well as have tried to call them n number of times. till date, however, housefull is not able to clear the complain, WORST KIND OF AFTER SALES SERVICE I HAVE COME ACROSS. the store needs to be closed down till it clear all its customer complains Was this information helpful? | |||

i am mirendra i have puchased a bedroom set from housefull store kharadi
when material was delevered to me i noticed that this material is defective i called the concern sales person and complained him about it he commited that with in 5 working days he would replace the defected material but it was not done after that i complained to the store incharge about it he said he would be doing needful but still i am waiting for that.
its been 8 months i am waiting for the replacement of defected material now i have decided to launch a complaint angaist housefull store and the people who have failed on their commitment, i would grap them to consumer court and also in civil for for the fraud they have done with me i will make them pay for this.
