Housefull Furniture — not meeting commitments | |||
Housefull stores in Mumbai have a full page advertisement out every week to entice customers to buy them, but if they had invested half that money to have some employees who actually do their job. their product might sell better. I had the worst experience and would NEVER recommend any of their shops to anybody. After having paid the entire money upfront i was literally left at their mercy to have a side table assembled. Inspite of assurance from the store manager (no less!) the job was not completed even after 5 days of the product being delivered. This was not my first experience with them, the previous time i bought a bed from them it took all our efforts to have it delivered and then to have it fixed and after about 3 days the entire thing just broke(!).......I[censored] really value your money and time DON"T EVER BUY FROM THEM! It still is not been done. Over the last five days i have spoken to atleast 5 people who all claim they will get it done but are yet to. Liars and Cheaters thats what they are.....Deal with them i[censored] have a lot of time to kill and a lot of easily gotten money. Was this information helpful? | |||
