Housefull Furniture — Online purchase not delivered

I had ordered for a product online on July 26th. I had made the payment on the very next day at the Marathahalli office in cash to Mr. Satyajit.
Housefull confirmed that the product would be delivered within 14 days.

Post 14 days, I had not recieved the product and when I called up the customer care (which is ever so un-responsive), they told me that the product was not delivered. On enquiring the reason they told me that the initial product that I ordered was a defective one, and that it was the last piece.
Housefull did not even show the courtesy to notify me of this problem.

I asked for a refund, but they advised me to replace the order with another product and that this time they will be promt in the delivery. I take this huge risk and order another product, again through their website. This time, they say that the product will be delivered by September 4th 2012.
As I feared, they still have not delivered my product till date.

The customer service does not pick the calls. And when they do, there is this usual confident reply "Our concerned department will call you within half an hour". The truth is that they have never called.

I want to cancel the order, but now no body picks the call.
This is very frustrating and dissapointing.

Housefull has very bad service.

Hi,

I have purchased furniture - One Book CASE and one Shoe rack online from Housefull on 9 SEPTEMBER, 2012 and taken full payment of Rs 7580/-. I was promised delivery on 30 September, 2012. I just received one item - Book case on 30 Sep that too in unassembled form and they ignored that I have any other item for order. Later they acknowledge and promised to send me the Shoe rack within 3 days. It has been painfull more than a week and no response from them. They didn't pick up the call or do not response on phone. every time they promised one date and never deliver anything. We are spending whole days in trying calling consumer court and there is no response from them. Beside wasting our money, its been huge mental agony for us. We want our money back and compensation for pain they inflicted and also as punishment to them.
I bought a coffee table and two chairs to go with it. It was a pretty piece. I just love it. I got it at the right time at a good deal. Housefull seems to have some pretty good stuff..
