[Resolved] Housefull Furniture — product not delivered nor refund processed | |||
I had ordered a show rack from housefull furniture http://www.housefull.co.in on aug 18..My order no is 4895..Its not delivered till date..Initially they promised to deliver on sep5 then sep 15, oct2, oct 10,oct 22..everytime i had to wait @ my home for the product and no one turns up nor call me to inform that the product wont be delivered today.I had to waste my entire day waiting for the product and numerous calls.customer care team of theirs dosent give any proper answer.I have also emailed many a time where there is no answer. I had asked for refund if the product is not delivered on oct 22 and even that is not processed.Housefull is the worst company i have even interacted.please never buy from housefull Please help me As per the company website, this is what they say, but its not delivered even after 3 months, nor amount refunded.. What is the estimated delivery time? At Housefull, we sell only those products which we have in stock.
