[Resolved] Housefull Furniture — Replacement of broken glasses during delivery | |||
Hello, I had bought one bookshelf from Houseful on 3rd March 2013. HDC number being 1019/2013/732. On 19th I got the delivery but with 3 broken glasses which the staff told they will replace in 4-5 days. Till now, I have called 100 times to houseful customer care - complaint department and every time I am promised a new date of delivery but no action has been taken yet. It seems they are fooling customers like us and their services are not as promised during the deal.
