[Resolved] Housefull Furniture — Replacement of broken glasses during delivery | |||
Hello, I had bought one bookshelf from Houseful on 3rd March 2013. HDC number being 1019/2013/732. On 19th I got the delivery but with 3 broken glasses which the staff told they will replace in 4-5 days. Till now, I have called 100 times to houseful customer care - complaint department and every time I am promised a new date of delivery but no action has been taken yet. It seems they are fooling customers like us and their services are not as promised during the deal. Kindly help me get those broken glasses replaced ASAP or take back the item and refund the entire amount me. Regards, Rahul Sinha Was this information helpful? | |||
