[Resolved] Housefull Furniture — WORST ON COMPLAINTS RESOLUTION | |||
Its the worst of the experience we have been facing with Houseful Furniture - Complaints cell. Within 6 months of the purchase of the wardrobe - both the door glasses fallen and broken one day..... ( thankfully no damage to life ) So, extreme worst on fittings and apart from this, i have lodged my complaint on 21st Nov and its 15 days - no resolution offered so far. It could have been better to spend little more and have a peaceful life than to experience such things Was this information helpful? | |||

Happy Furniture — Fraud done against Furniture Purchased
My name is Dr. Preeti and we have purchased a pair of 2 Beds and a Pair of Coir from the Furniture shop in Uttam Nagar. At the time of buying the furniture they have provided the warranty of five years and with the Bill. Initially they have taken the money and said that the bill would be send along with the product. But they have send the product with the card on which they have written the warranty and the price. Now when we gave asked for the bill they are not giving us the bill. Its now being 6 month they have not provided us the bill. Also the bed we have purchased from them are broken in 3 month. When we asked to the get that repaired neither they are getting that repaired as well as they are not providing the Bill.Now instead of talking to us they are threatening us and not giving us any services neither bill nor any services.
Please help us to get this issue resolved as we are qualified doctors and we cannot fight like this with these types of people.
Seeking co-operation and lots of hope from consumer act in order to resolve this issue.
