[Resolved]  Housefull Furniture (Www.housefull.co.in) — Not delivering the damaged parts on time and delaying the assembly of it

Dear All,

I haven't wrote any compliant so far. But the way House Full furniture behaved after the purchase, thought of warning new buyers.

I purchased Shoe Rack from them on 18th june (booking no.[protected]@ Marathahali shop. They told me that within 10 days make delivery. I got the delivery( they charged me extra)on time. Next day,after making multiple phone call they sent the carpenter for assembly at the evening. But when he opened the box, we found few damages. So we told him not to assemble . Also we made immediate call to the number(+91 [protected]) given in the booking sheet. They promised that damaged part will be replaced within 3 days( that is today). But when i made call to them, everyone started making their own commitment to replace the damaged part

One person( Mr.Ambrish) said that Carpenter is on leave, his phone is not reachable and he will not be able to do it today, but trow (5-june)for sure.

Other person(Mr.Shyeed) told me that he made compliant HO and waiting for their response, anyway the part delivery will take another week time.

End of the day, as a customer i am royally cheated by all these false commitments. No one takes responsibility @ House full. Even after blasting the, very lazy behavior from their side and no courtesy to call customer to inform status of compliant and date for assembly.

Anyway mine is shoe rack. Big furniture buyers.. pl. be careful. Even the quality is not worth!

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you from our housefull marathalli store.

As confirmed by the store we have changed the whole product rather than changing the damage part on saturday---9/07/11.

The above number is a wrong number, I was not able to reach Dhiren. I'm currently in trouble with Housefull, My order is past one month plus but now no product or they are paying me back.
