We came across Houseful advertisements in a daily newspaper at the time when we were planning to pick up furniture and decided to give it a chance. We went to the outlet in Vashi, Navi Mumbai and bought 3 wardrobes and a book shelf. At the time of sale, i was promised that the life of wardrobes is 5 years and it can take approximately 5-7 kgs of weight.
1. Firstly, we did not receive the furniture at the promised time. When we received it, shafts of two of the wardrobes were damaged. We came to know about this only at the time of installation.
2. The installation services is also equally bad because in my case,it happened after a week when the wardrobes were delivered.
3. I had to make endless calls for the replacement of damaged shafts and after herculean efforts was able to get the replacements.
4. All the three wardsrobes have problem now within 6 months even if i use the furniture according to company's suggestions
5. Now when i try to contact the after sales support, they dont pick up the calls. I have tried it more than 100 times.
6. There is no response even when i wrote an email to to the after sales services team.
I have come to the conclusion, that the company and the staff is fake and ridiculous.
The after sales support is pathetic.... The installation did not happen on time. Neither there is good after sales support service. I had lodged a complaint at vashi, the manager (prasad) who listened to us, promised to send a guy within 48 hours. A month has passed for this and no body came from houseful furniture till date. I had even written a mail to the customer sales support and there is no response. I have serious issues with the after sales services and will have to look for alternatives (including legal course by lodging consumer complaints) if my issues don't get resolved immediately.
