[Resolved] Housefull International — Late & incomplete delivery | |||
I had booked a shoe rack online through Housefull International. It was delivered 4 days after the due date of delivery. After 4 days and numerous phone calls the carpenter from the company came to assemble the shoe rack. On opening the pack, he said that a small part is missing and so he cannot do the assembling that day and he informed their Bangalore office. I had to make several calls to the company again to know when things will be fixed and I was told that they have to manufacture that small part in Mumbai and it’ll then be sent to Bangalore to be delivered to my residence, and that this process will take another 12 days. After 6 days, one staff called up to say that they have ordered the missing part from Malaysia and they are trying to fix up everything by 31st October. They are also not ready to take back the delivered stuff and refund the money. I have doubts whether I’ll finally get the completed furniture or not. Was this information helpful? | |||
