Hi Mr. Dhiren,
I purchased one Sofa from Housefull on 25th July 2012 and they give the delivery date on 9th August and when I call on [protected] which was given on the receipt for enquries, on 8th August she pick the phone and told that the delivery will be on time but after that she never pick the call on 9th August and when i personally went to showroom on 9th August no one was there to answer the queries and at last they told that your consignment will be delivered on 13th August, but when I call again on 13th August same story repeats that lady didn't pick any call even her manager did not respond so again I have to visit showroom to check the status and now new person was there who told me that the consignment will be deliver on 14th August .
It is very pathetic that I have to run around showroom for 3 or 4 times just to purchased a Sofa, it seems that giving the money in advance make me helpless as I have given my money and now they don't even pick they call and not sure when they will deliver my Sofa and atmost don't know how it will be, if there will be any issue with the Sofa or I have to replaced it then it will be like hell for me.
I was looking for consumer court online while I found your email id on website. I am not sure that if I can say that I have a hope from you but that for sure I know that my next step will be consumer court.

Housefull International Ltd — Faulty delivery order
I had purchased one sofa cum bed with invoice no.9950/2012/1950. They delivery faulty sofa cum bed on 08/12/2012 . After that I lodged complaint they took back faulty part but till now they not given me back . I asking them to take back your product & give my money return back.They not responds properly.60%

- Technician don't come install after repeated calling to showroom.
- After technician comes 1 piece out of 2 is damaged and can not be fitted.
