I bought a sofa set (3+1+1) a week ago from Housefull pune, it was okay when i saw there in the showroom but when they delivered it at my home it was defective. I have told them clearly that its their responsibility to deliver the right product at the consumers end. They are not responding to this, just delaying the matter...I want to have a new fresh sofa set. WHAT TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE...ALL ARE FRAUD Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

House Full Pune — Defective sofa set

I have purchased a sofa set from the store at Pune, in the month of Oct 08. The company has supplied a defective 3 seater to the undersigned. I have been calling them for the same and they have beeen assuring me to get ot rectified froim the day one.
Pl help.

Dear all,
I too have the same promblem.The sofa that we saw in showroom was fine but they delivered a damaged one. I am sure they will do nothing abt it so i am just wondering if there is some way where we can exchange the sofa in some other shop.Some shops do these exchanges but i dont know how to find one.

I have a similar problem with the sofa from Housefull. It was good fro initial 2 months and the wood has started cracking. Have called them "n" no. of times, but have not received a positive response.
