[Resolved] Housefull, Pune — Defective Sofa Set at the time of delivery | |
I bought a sofa set (3+1+1) a week ago from Housefull pune, it was okay when i saw there in the showroom but when they delivered it at my home it was defective. I have told them clearly that its their responsibility to deliver the right product at the consumers end. They are not responding to this, just delaying the matter...I want to have a new fresh sofa set. WHAT TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE...ALL ARE FRAUD Was this information helpful? | |

The same thing happened with me too. Call me up on [protected] and we will all go together to the store and get them to do everything or else...

I too have the same promblem.The sofa that we saw in showroom was fine but they delivered a damaged one. I am sure they will do nothing abt it so i am just wondering if there is some way where we can exchange the sofa in some other shop.Some shops do these exchanges but i dont know how to find one.

House Full Pune — Defective sofa set
I have purchased a sofa set from the store at Pune, in the month of Oct 08. The company has supplied a defective 3 seater to the undersigned. I have been calling them for the same and they have beeen assuring me to get ot rectified froim the day one.Pl help.
