[Resolved] Housefull - Sushan Bedroom Set — Replacement or Repair-bedroom set | |||
To, The Sales Manager House full SUB: request for replacement of double bed and wardrobe. Ref: Sir, I am your valuable customer and I have purchased and decorated my house with the items purchased from your housefull mall. I was very happy with the house goods which I have purchased from your branded shop. Some of friends had visited my house and apprised me about this and that’s why they also visited the same shop and then decorated their house by same items. Sir, now I am facing little problem the with two items which I had purchased last four month back, 1)Double bed : The middle metallic channel is broken and wooden ply is bent and thus it can not be used for a simple rest on it. The service team also visited but as per them, they problem can’t be solved at their end and the problem persist. Now the service team has asked me to replace it but as I had purchased from the branded one from your well know shop at Surat last four month only. I request you to do needful at your end, by either completely repairing it or by replacing it with other so that I will be happy with your branded items which I had purchased from your mall . 2) Wardrobe ( cupboard) : Same problem in this good, the wooden ply is bend and thus we are not able to use it and it also looks odd in view. I am submitting the details of bill and the photos with this, so that u can very well judge about the situation and also do need full at your end to maintain your houseful image. If my kind request is not considered, I will not hesitate to approach the consumer forum. I have complained from last one month but ur carpenter is not able to solve above problem and also not response from sales manager.I have purchase sushan bed date of 07.02.2010 Rs.28,886 and my bill no. is[protected] CA Sunish bangdiwala – Iskonmall at surat.
