my laptop showed various problem,
1.its hard disk crashed ...
2.the screen went blank, people says there is fault in graphics chip.
3.the battery did not work
these are problems, which occured when my warranty was lapse, i was 10 days late to claim warranty...so
i met hp support shop, they refused to touch laptop saying we can't when warranty is lapsed ...
they further told me this model has faulty graphic chip from company itself...

so i went to customer support and talked to relation manager ..., that cheap guy told me we can't do it from company side but pay me 10, 000 bucks and i will do it for you .. i paid him and for 3 days my problem was solved, which reappear on 4th day.i went back and he said, he can't do anything nor he can refund me...
i still have laptop, of no use but i learnt one thing NEVER TRUST HP AND COMPAQ PRODUCT,
EVEN MY FRIEND HAVE SAME LAPTOP AND HE TOO IS FACING SAME PROBLEM ...
