I think, nobody is there to take care of HP customers, because its already 7 days has been passed but no body had taken a little pain to respond or turned up for any support.
So shall I move legal for the same. Kindly let me know today itself.
One suggestion from my side is, kindly close your web support, there is no need to give your email ids at the same, because no body is responding in any way.

I am Dildar Singh writing to you from Chandigarh. I am a HP Product Fan as I have purchased 4 HP products in last 3 years. One of them is 3 years old Model. I had been very satisfied with the product quality of HP in this regard, except with one GIFT delivery which has caused me trouble. I purchased one LAPTOP for my home on the date 22-08-09 under a GIFT scheme available at that time. I was lucky enough that I got this type of opportunity which only comes sometime. But I am sorry to say that despite of so many visits & phone calls I am unable to get my GIFT, which has to be deliver within 6 weeks, according to your commitment. I visited & contacted your local center “INNOVATIVE INCENTIVES” , but unable to get any solution, today I have contacted Number[protected], as I was told by contacting your local center “INNOVATIVE INCENTIVES” on 04th, Nov 2009. But they also replies “NO SIR WE ARE UNABLE TO HELP YOU OUT”, then they given me another contact no [protected] after a long discussion, by saying that she is the higher authority of “INNOVATIVE INCENTIVES”, I again contacted this no but she had also given me 10 days time, because as per her statement she they have received my cheque on 29, Aug, 2009, but forwarded my request on 10, Sep, 2009. If the Company representatives start giving excuses like that, than what I can expect from the company. After talking to her I asked about the contact no of proprietor but, She denied directly, for what I required his proprietor no So look into the matter & resolve ASAP.
Help me out in anyway, otherwise I have to move towards legal action.
