[Resolved] Hp — problem with laptop bearing sl.no.CNU 7251 CXC and p/n GP167PA#ACJ

the lap top bearing sl.no.CNU 7251 CXC having P/N GP 167 PA # ACJ is not working and tried to lodge complaint on [protected] but, it is very hard to reach the customer care...tried for about 30 minutes but could not catch..hence, lodged complaint through e-mail to cpsc-callback.[protected]@hp.com on 6th march 2008, but no reply received and none of the representative attended the call..hence...lodging complaint in this address.. this is shanthakumar on behalf of JMFC., Turuvekre lodging this complaint ...the laptop is available in District Court, TUMKUR - 572101, Karnataka for service............ Hp printer not working.

I have purchased one hp printer 1005. it is under warranty and not working properly. One service provider came but he did not resolve problem and give lots of excuses. Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.
