[Resolved] Hp — desktop pc DX2280 not working under warranty

A desk top PC was purchased by Employees Provident Fund Organisation in june, 2007 which is under three year warrnaty having model no DX2280 and machine serial no ini71506WT is not working and giving problem since one month. The machine is not booting. The PC is located at one of its field office at Barbil near OMC factory. The office telephone no is [protected] of sri laxmidhar sahu, Enforcement officer . Dear sir,
We have talked many times to you costumer care office, however due to communication failure in the mobile/ Telephone network, we have unabled to talk completely. We are requesting to solve the problem, in our PC which has supplied in POWERGRID Corporation of India Limited, Ibrahimpatti, Ballia (U.P.). The details are as under-

Problem: The above said PC is indication OSD lockout in Monitor and after some second it is off the moniter and after some second monitor Status

You are requested to depute your engineer for resolving the above said problem in urgent basis.
