HP Compaq — Not Receive the Gift Item

Respected Sir,

I am RENUKA RAMPRATAP MANTRI from AHMEDNAGAR, MAHARASHTRA,
i had purchased COMPAQ Computer in the month of December & at that
time there was announcement of that company that you will give Printer
as a SCHEME to that purchases, accordingly i had sent DD of RS.999/-
for the same but by mistake company had sent me MP3PLAYER & after
telephonic talk with company office member i had sent back that MP3PLAYER to thew company but till date i have not received PRINTER from that company as per PROMISE .
Kindly request you to send it at the earliest .
