HP Compaq — redemption gift

the worst company ever found is compaq, they have goods to sell at shop but they dont have stock for redeemption.my redeemption code is 7mfbae9075, my delivery due date was on 25th january but they have not delivered the goods till now[29-april-2008].how frod company they took the dd as begger and they cant send the gift.the due date given by them is 10 may & if not delivered then ill take some actions
