HP / Compaq CQ61 Laptop — paid 9k but not received videocon wall mount tv

I have purchased 1 compaq cq61 laptop from hp dealer, As per there scheem i have register for samsung 22'' wall mount tv and paid 9000/- to solution intigrated pvt ltd via DD and send it to HP Redemption Cell
