[Resolved]  Hp - Compaq Presario — Non Delivery of Promotions

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Laptop on 02nd August, 2007. At the time of I purchased, there were some promotions which I have to receive from the Company. The details of the Laptop are as follows:

• Make: HP - Compaq Presario.
• Model No.: V 3425 AU
• Serial No.: 2 CE 728105 P
• Date of Purchase: 02nd August, 2007.
• Price (Incld. Tax): Rs. 38,470.00
• Invoice No.: 7194, dated: 02nd August, 2007.
• Dealer: R S Computer World, 3 & 4, Tirumala Towers, Judges Colony, Malakpet, Hyderabad – 500 036.

I have got the following confirmation codes from HP:

• Redemption Code: SID – 357089 (for the gifts).
• Insurance Code No.: ICICI163518/10/2007 (for 1 year free insurance).

After I received the above codes, I have sent all the documents (Original Sticker containing the bar code and serial no., Photo copy of Invoice) along with a demand draft for Rs. 300.00 as per their demand. But now they are again asking me to send the Original Sticker containing the bar code and serial no. When I have already sent the original, then how I will have another one? Even I have not received the Free Insurance Document for my Laptop.
