Please note the below mentioned complaint that i have emailed to the company(HP)
I had registered a complaint regarding my desktop on the 8th November 2010 and the same was checked by your technician.He claimed after checking, that the TFT monitor had some fault and advised us that the same needs to replaced
It has now been over a month and after numerous telephonic follow ups with Goa and Delhi offices, we are still awaiting corrective action from your side
Since the monitor is under warranty, we were given to understand that your company will be replacing the same.After speaking to your customer care initially it was conveyed to us that this particular monitor is not in stock which was very surprising
What was even more shocking was when we were told that you have stopped manufacturing this monitor and that “some one would get back to us shortly”. It has been over a week and we have not heard from anyone regarding our problem
My computer has been out of order for over a month and it is very disappointing to realize that a huge MNC like HP has this kind of an attitude towards their customers and the sorry state of your customer care policies&procedures
This entire experience has given me a lot of stress and inconvinience, not to mention the expenses that I have incurred to make STD calls for the numerous follow ups, without any measurable response from your offices
I sincerely hope that you will do the needful in order to solve my problem, failing which I would be forced to approach the consumer forum or other suitable agencies in order to get a solution Was this information helpful? |
