HP - Computer — Non receiving of complaint

I have purchased a HP Pavilion series computer from Luxmi computer at Palampur Distt kangra Himachal Pradesh on dated 25-10-08 and system is out of order in warrantty period I have made the complaint on dated 21-08-09 to attend the computer and Ms. Luxmi compters assured to change the TFT but till date no action was taken . You are requested to look in to the matter personally and direct the above firm to rectify the problem
