[Resolved]  HP Cooking Gas — New connection request

Dear sir, I requested a new connection from ABM HP gas Service
100 T N Mukherjee Rd, Manik Tala more, Uttarpara (W.B) Phone No.[protected]

and I came to know from the dealer that I have to purchase an Oven from the dealer if I wanted a new gas connection.
I am an Ex-serviceman and entiled to purchase oven at a subsidy rate from the Military CSD Canteen.I do not understand why I should purchase an oven from the dealer at almost double rate than CSD Canteen. Please mail me so that I can produce the mail while I take the new connection. I am sure there must NOT be any compulsion. With regards from, B S Mukhopadhyay
