On 30th September 2025, I made a payment of Rs. 905 via PhonePe at 12:24:28 PM. However, the status on your portal reflects that the transaction has failed, yet the amount has been successfully debited from my account. I have verified with both PhonePe and my bank (Axis Bank), and they have confirmed that the amount was credited to the HP Gas Merchant account.
