dear sir,
i purchase HP D1668 deskjet printer and the usb cable wich i got with was faulty. When i contacted the HP call center, they replied that USB cable was not under warranty and asked me to email my complaint.
There is a question for Senior HP executives if a product is found faulty from day one then who is responsible for this.???? and why you people have opened the call center if it is of no help!!!On many occassion i had similar experience with HP call center and service center.....The warranty seal on the product is placed on easy accessible location so even my accidentally it will move out ...causing the product to be denied of its warranty........ HP's call center is a [censored]hole.....I request people not to buy HP Product and I request the Govt. of India to frame strong consumer laws so such companies do not harass more customer...

HP — usb port
I have given mine laptop many times to hp service station .but again it is giving some problem.I m not satisfied with hp service and with my laptob sir. please take some action related to hp service.
