[Resolved]  HP Deskjet D1668 Printer. S / N : - Cn98s3b310 — company is refusing to cover under its warranty period.

Respected Sir,
Above product was bought by me as on 13th Dec,2010. After few days It showed problem of non printing.When we put paper to print, it comes out properly but without print. When I reached to service center they refused to repair by saying that carriage unit damage and problem in carriage unit. They also said there is a paper jam. They further told me to mail company. Sir, I had mailed to company as on 18thJan.2010. But there was no response from the company.
Kindly, look in to the matter and do the needful.

Hewlett Packard — Refusal of after sales service of computer

This is all about how Hewlet packered sells their computer and after that they refuse to give after-sales service to its customer. We in the Andheri ESIC Hospital and occupational disease centre, MIDC, Central Road, Andheri East-400 093 Tel no[protected]. purchased six computers last year. one of those computers' monitor is not working any more since last four months although it is not even one year that we purchased it. Twice we registered our complaints, complaint numbers are Case no-CA0796960, Case no-CA0804234 respectively. But they are not coming down to repair/replace the monitor. I firmly believe there are hundreds of people who purchased their computers, must be having similarly some or other trouble and it is also sure that their complaints are not being attended to. The company has devised a method for registering complaint through call centre which is itself a very difficult task, if you do not believe me just try for yourself at least once to register your complaint. If somehow you have successfully registered, I am sure they will not come finally to attend your problem. But don't get misled by. their empty sweet words.

In view of the above, I think some consumer forum must take up the matter with the company and see that the company becomes more responsible to the needs of consumers. Thanking you,

Hewlett-Packard — BAD AFTER SALE SERVICE

I purchased a Pavillion dv4 series laptop of HP 6 months back.Its warranty period is for 1 year.Now its monitor is flickering continuously.When I tried to contact their customer support which the company boast of as 'Total Care'.But to my dismay I could not find any online support for resolving my issue.The online support HP providing is just chating without any instruction to their local authorised center to behave professionaly.Unlike various other consumer products they do not have any website exclusively catering to the need of Indian Consumers.
Again in online support once you chat with one person and if you chart for the second time then you will not find that person.I mean every time you chat with an online technician every time you will find a new person.So it is a case of everybody;s responsibility means nobody's responsibility.
The most strange thing is that inspite of my aasking several time nobody is giving the contact e mail id of their Head of Indian Operation with regard to Customer Support.I want my plight to be presented before their Chief of Customer Support.
Their Local Authorised Support Center at ROURKELA,ORISSA,INDIA is very very unprofessional in their attitude.As the machine is only 6months old I want it to be replaced with a new machine,instead of repairing the monitor of the Notebook.
bought an hppaviliondv4-1240 s.no cnd 9033fbko on[protected] and found dead after 4 months . gave to the franchisee and didnot get back till this 8th day of nov, 2009..my son was preparing for c.a.t exam and repeated requests didnot do any good. r they not liable for replacement?.
I am also having very bitter experience while went to Hewlett Packard India Sales Pvt Ltd.2, Ripon Street, Kolkata - 700016. Mr. Ujjal Kumar Mazumder attended me with a very rough behaviour. I purchased the deskjet printer 2668 with sr. no. CM98C3F236. From the very beginning its black cartridge was empty and the complain was lodged against service ticket no. [protected]. The help desk engineer agreed that the said cartridge was defective and suggested me to visit the above mentioned HP service centre in Kolkata for a replacement. But Mr. Ujjal Kumar Majumder of the service centre just insulted me saying that the cartridge (Part No: CC640ZZ) is not of that printer and my intention was to get a new cartridge free of cost cheating him.
