HP Compaq Presario Desktop — Keyboard not operating

I purchased HPCompaq Presario Desktop Model No.37701L with Sl. No.INA 9120 H37 from M/s Sarin Enterprises,Dehradun on 30/03/2009.The said product had hardware warranty of three years.The keypad of the said model was not functioning properly, so I contacted the above shop who in turn advised me to call your Customer Care Centre.I had contacted your customer care centre at phone no.[protected],from which I was given the following phone nos.[protected] and [protected]. Inspite of my repeated efforts no contact could be made with the above mentioned phone nos. So,now I am registering my complaint and hoping for an early response.
