sir, i purchased hp desktop a6450in on 11.4.2008, from COMCARE LTD CHENNAI, ISENT RS 1699 FOR GIFT HAMBER-B ON 10.5.2008 to innovative incentives, chandigargh for gift hamper my redemption nos is CX398R845Z .ON 19.6.2008 I RECIEVED GIFT PACK BUT THE IFB OVEN WHEN I OPENED THE FROPNT GLASS OF OVEN WAS BROKEN IN TO PIECES, I IMEDIATELY IFORMED COMCARE AND ASM.HP.CHENNAI. THEY GAVE THE NOS OF MS VANDANA OF HP NEW NELHI. I HAVE SENT ALL DETAILS BY EMAIL TO HER BUT NO REPLY TIL NOW. her e mail is vandana.[protected]@hp.com. i request to replace the oven as soon as possible. thanking you. r.narayanan
