[Resolved] HP DV2910TX — Irresponsible behaviour from service center | |||
I have a flickring problem in my HP laptop screen since dec 09.Initially i took my laptop to BHOPAL(INDIA) HP service center(MP Nagar) on 26th december with warranty ending on 9th jan. but due to some reasons service engineers couldn't identify the problem. and they returned my laptop on 5th saiying if problem still persists you can come up again and it'll be counted as warranty case.in two days i went back as the problem was not over this time they identified the problem and give me a "Yellow slip" saying "PART PENDING" but they have never replaced that.. I dont have time to come up again and again to HP care as my jobs timings are that way..thats why i am writing.. I have already registered complaint online with service request number-4439890. But giving some reasons no one is responding to my mails...plz. if you can i need to talk to some responsible person from HP!! I??
