Sir i have a hp dv5-1217 ax and the day i purchased the laptop was 26may 2009 and the thired day my os was down even my hd recovery was not working but then also i did a online chat and the issue was re solver after that my battery issue came up the battery was not lasting more than 2 hours and the issue was summited to the hp service center and they replaced my battry nut still the issue was there with the battry but then i come to know that the amd processors consumes more eletricty then any other.After that i came up with the display issue my display was not working properly so i have to give it again to the service center.Now the thing is that if a persone is purchasing a produt of hp his main consern is that it should be a quality produst but till date i have gone to the service center twice and more over i have to wast my time doing all this thing.Right now the laptop is under warrenty but after 3 months my warrenty will expire then after that if ne thing goes wrong who is responsible as the hp people will say the laptop is out of warrenty.So i told the account manager that pls gert me the lap top replaced with a new series laptop and im ready to pay the difference amount so he told me that he will not replace it no matter what so i said if im not getting the laptop replaced i will be going to consumere court so he said uc can i[censored] wnat to but i will just get u replaced the screen but not the whole laptop Was this information helpful? |
