Myself, a very troubled customer of hp pavillion dv6 2005 AX. i gave my lap for
repair twice in 5months of buying it.
i strongly here giving my complaint against inacceptible and really irresponsible behavior fron hp
and its service centres at kerala.I gave my lap for some problems like
1)plugged in, not charging caption
2)very low battery backup while doing any work(hardly 1 hour)
3)over heating
4)slow response
5)pen drive not working properly
i was given my lap back after nearly 1 month and wat i find is that i still have many of problems
still there in my lap. i bought this lap in month of dec 2009 and in these 7months i face a lot of
problems in this. i am deeply hurt that my 50000 bugs was WASTED on such scarp.
i have to knock door of consumer court in india.these ppl are giving a lot of adds on and
off tv but they dont understand that the best add is consumers itself and they r creatin alot o[censored]nsatisfied
customers.
i want to know my rights.pls help

and I thing all HP laptops have the same problem, One of my friend having HPdv5 and he has the same problem!
