HP Gas — poor gas delivery

sir,
we are use ur product from 20 year but in these few year the kasuli gas servise sirsa is not doing gas deliveries properly. they sale gas cilenders in black and the cunsumers sufer from many problem they book the cilender after 25 days from the date of last cilender delivery and deliver cilender after 10 days when the day they book plz help us

gas — Poor service of Gas agency

I am having a Gas consumer No. 15447 with IOCL and I have been trying my gas agency's tel. no.(Subhalakshmi Gas Agency, Shakurpur, New Delhi ( tel No. 22045242,[protected] for the last one month and the nos. are always engaged. When I try before 9.30 am in the moring the ring is going on and nobody is picking up and in the evening after 5.30 pm the ring is going on and nobody is picking up i.e. between 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. the phone hang up and i am unable to book the gas through telphone. I am trying these nos. from office and my wife is trying these nos. from home. Since I am working in a private firm I am unable to go there personally to book the gas in woring days as well as on Saturdays otherwise I will have to take leave for booking the gas....... This shows the poor service of gas agency and not the shortage of gas. Because my neighbours are getting their cylinder from their agencies (Madhu & Roop) after booking of 3/4 days.

I dont know how can I solve this problem. Promt action may please be taken on the same.

I applied for H.P Gas new connection with kankariya gas agency, new sanghvi, pune-400027, near to sai chowk 1.5 months back.That time they have given a time for to get a connection in one month.still i did'nt get the connection.

when i am going to ask then they simply refusing.

I am very much disappointed with their poor service.

This agency must be instructed to start an E-mail gas booking facility. If they have this, consumers can simply send an email from his computer to book gas. Now one has to depend on phone, which the agency conveniently ignore. Many agencies in Delhi are having email facility.

Booking sevrice is very bad, there never deliver even if it 28 days, and sevrice is very bad on
Phone, now there say online booking that also we have to keep calling, it is never on time, it
take's atleast 5 days after booking .. Please help...

The agent is ideal enterprise bangalore, the serivce is very very bad... it takes 5 to 6 days
after booking even if we book after 28 days.. pls help .. we only one cilender.
