[Resolved] Hp Gas — Computer generated bill not received for last 3 months | |||
Dear sir, We have a Consumer card of HP Gas No. 610234 in the name of Ganesh Chandra Nayak, With Mayuri located at Asansol, Distributor Braja Mohan Rudra, not getting any computer generated bill for last 3 months. In home delivery service is delay with 15 to 20 days thats why we collect the the gas from the distributor directly, in a vacant land the gas distributed. When i go to Mayuri for the bill they give me the normal bill but thats not valid for government organization as my father working with ECL and they provide the Gas bill so they want computer generated bill for that reason we not getting any payment from ECL for the gas. Finaly i told to the distributor the hole case they suggested me to inform to the distributing office on that day when i took the gas, so i informed them on the date it was 7th April and they assure me that they will print the bill and i can collect the same any day, i went there on 14th april to collect the same but they gave me the normal bill not the printed (Computeriesd bill), and told as i not colect that within 2 days they spoiled the same. My question is to getting the bill within the month is my fundamental right, and who gave them power to spoiled the bill. I want the solution Was this information helpful? | |||

this is regarding to my bill not receivd, but i complaint in three month' no re 'play' to your costomer care, why you duing like this i cont understand. pls salve this problem immeditely.i want to march april&may this three month statement i want now pls send him.thanks & regards

HP — Bill not received
Hi,My Mobile number is [protected].
My Billing date was 3 May 2009 and Bill due date was 21 May 2009.
I have not received any Paper/E-Bill yet. Because of which i am not able to pay the bill.
I lodged complaints against this number of times before 21 May. One of the Complaint number is 27429865. This is a fault from Airtel side not mine.
Also i am getting number of calls on daily basis from airtel, either Manual calls or Automated calls. I am getting very frustrated by this behaviour of Airtel.
This is my first Experience with Airtel which is worst and if this continues, probably i wont ever opt for Airtel in future even wont suggest my known people for Airtel and discontinue this connection as well.
Please look into this IF POSSIBLE, otherwise i have lots of other options as well.
I AM VERY FRUSTRATED.
