[Resolved] Hp Gas — less quantity petrol

I have a scooty and I used to fill my scooty in different petrol pumps in bhubaneswr but I noticed that some of the petrol pumps are cheating in the quantity of petrol to be given to the customer. It is clearly shown in the oil meter that the quantity is not the same which is fill in other filling stations. they cheat directly infornt of you like moving your attention form the oil meter to anything else or the filling meter starting from Rs. 10 or from Rs. 20. etc.

how the cheating should be avoided and stopped please do something.

hindustan petroleum petrol — Lesser Petrol on Petrol pump

I have filled up petrol at Sector -56, Gurgaon (in front of Rail Vihar) petrol pump on 10-08-08 for Rs. 500. They have filled up lesser petrol. I vouched that on the meter of my car which was not showing the petrol it should have been showing.
I went to the petrol pump guy and he first refused and then I went to the manager, who discussed with the guy filling up the petrol and apolosised saying that he intentially has not filled up the petrol for 500. Then he asked the petrol guy to fill up the petrol for Rs. 100. But after that also the meter was not showing enough petrol. He discussed with the guy and then again filled up for Rs. 100. To my surprise the meter showed no petrol went into the tank. I told them but they refused saying that it was mistake and they filled up petrol but they cant do more.
This is quite disgusting as they might be doing it with several consumers and most of them might not be knowing that.
I request to take action against them.

MY NAME IS SHOAIB. IM LIVING IN HYDERABAD. SIR IN OUR CITY SOME PETROL FILLING STATIONS ARE DOING CHEATING WHILE GIVING PETROL TO US. THIER PETROL METER IS SHOWING ONE LITER, BUT ACTULLY THEY GIVE 75% OF PETROL.. SPECALLY INDIAN OIL AND HINDUSTAN PETROLIUM. IN SOME AERAS LIKE MALLEPALLY, GHOSAMAHAL, NAMPALLY, IN HYDERABAD. THIS AEARS PETROL FILLING STATIONS ALWAYS NOT GIVING FULL PETROL , THEY SAID ALWAYS THAT PETROL METER IS CORRECT WE ARE WRONG. PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THEM.
