[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Agains Agent : Kekan Gas Pune

FIRST ARE YOU GOING TO TAKE ACTION.......??????????

I am from Pune and i face a hell amount of problem from my local Agent m/s Kekan Gas Agency. I guess he is not capable of handling at all. A Total mis management Agent.

The Problem is very simple, they take the booking on phone and provides token numbers, but they never delivers gas at home on time. For Example(the most current one): I book for refilling on say 14th Jan 08. for home delivery. Today when i call them I find out that deliveries status for consumer today is that they have started deliveries for customer who have booked on 20th January 08.

This is not for the first time if you check the history, this is been very often repeated. A Written complain was made to them with dire consequences. In clear words i had mentioned that such carelessness will not be tolerated and under such circumstances I will put forward my Complain to HP directly.

This had no effect on them , the ladies who work over there are very careless and very rude.

If this letter has some value i need justification and action within 48 hrs against this dealer. And want these basic problem to be streamlined.

I completely agree to what Mr Khan has to say. Their phone numbers do not work, first of all. secondly, even when it works, they do not pick the phone. "delivery as scheduled" does not make any sense to the. Highly non co-operative and rude. its a waste to deal with Kekan Gas.
I fully agree with you. If you call continuosly 20-30 time still The telephone will either give engage tone or if by chance the bell rings, then nobody will lift the receiver. You have to go there personally only for booking the gas. Also, if you book the gas, you will be told to wait for 10 days. After 10 days also, you have to call them continuously and daily again for at least next 10 days.
For new connection also, every dealer makes it compulsory to take the Gas Stove which is against the Govt. Rule.
Is there any customer complaint no. of HP Gas?
Will the company take action against such agents?
Is there anybody looking after the quality of sevice provided to the customers by these agents?

The biggest complaint is that the telephone number is never available and always busy, if by chance the bell rings they never pick up the phone. To book the gas you have to personally visit the agency and book the gas.

The Problem is very simple, they take the booking on phone and provides token numbers, but they never delivers gas at home on time. For Example whenever you book the gas it will not delivered to your home before you personally visit the ancy and yell at them even you you keep waiting for -15 days nobody delivers the gas at home.

This is not for the first time if you check the history, this is been very often repeated. the ladies who work over there are very careless and very rude.

Is this right for the agency backed up by the name HP???


If HP authorities can listen to the woes of so many consumers then please do something about this.

This also happned with me. Please do the needfull...
on 4/6/2009 while changing my gas cylinder i noticed that there was leakage, i telephoned my gas agency dubros gas tel no 26163000 which is situited about 200 meters from my house thereafter on 5/6/2009 i telephoned them on numerous ocassions, i was told lies that person would be attending within 5 minutes, however as nobody attended i looked up the website of hindustan petroleum and found the emergency complaint no, of BK enterprises [protected], as there was no response i tried signing their online complaints service 'jihan' this service was not working.hindustan petroleum, its complaints center, emergency service, and dealer are a sick joke which is being played on the unsuspecting public, now i want to know whom to complaint to against all these nonfunctioning white elephants thrust on the public.

I also have the same problem with HP KIRAN GAS AGENCY in PUNE located in LULLANAGAR.
My complaints include:

- very unprofessional employees. they talk rudely on the phone with customers.

- Orders take too long, and never delivered on time

- Example: The have a ON PHONE booking number, I received an auto SMS that gas will be delivered in 48 Hours - when I did not get, I called them up and they tell me it would take 14 hours -I told then I booked on the phone and even received a SMS - the agent lies to me that it was not booked (failed) - I told them again I received an SMS with Memo number too how can it not be confirmed? --- then he says it will take 2 more days ----what the hell is this?
Anyways, I dont trust them at all...so I am gonna go to them and shout them in their ears that its been 20 days already

- One time, the man who brought the LPG home started asking me some additional money - I told him I will pay as per the memo - he did not bring the memo- and threatened me saying "if you dont want the gas I am taking it back" - after some arguments he took the normal rate. Thieves!!!
