THEY TOLD ME TO BOOK CYLINDER AFTER 21 DAYS AS PER HP GAS RULE, AS WHAT THEY TOLD ME THATS ITS RULE OF COMPANY THAT THEY CANNOT TAKE BOOKING FOR NEXT CYLINDER BEFORE 21 DAYS OF DELIVERY. THE SOFTWARE WHICH THEY ARE HAVING OF COMPANY DOESN'T ALLOW THEM TO BOOK CYLINDER BEFORE 21DAYS. I CALLED THEM REGURLY AFTER 15 DAYS FORM[protected] THEN AS PER THEIR INSTRUCTION I BOOKED CYLINDER ON[protected]. THEY TOLD AFTER TWO DAYS YOU WILL GET CYLINDER. FROM THAT DAY I AM CALLING THEM REGULARLY AND NOW TODAY THEY ARE SAYING THAT I WILL GET CYLINDER ON OR AFTER[protected]. THIS NOT I M FACING THIS TIME EVRY TIME I WAS TELL ABOUT THIS 21 DAYS RULE. I HAVENT READ THIS RULE ANYWHERE WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT AND IF SO THEN IT WILL BE FOR SINGLE CONNECTION BUT I HAVE TWO CONNECTION SO I DONT THINK I NEED TO WAIT FOR 21 DAYS. THE THING IS THAT EVERYTIME I AM NOT GETTING CYLINDER ON TIME. SIMPLY THEY ARE TELLING SOME REASONS. I AM NOT ONLY THE PERSON FACEING THIS PROBLEM . EVERY COSTEMER FACING SAME PROBLEM. I am Maya Mirashi the customer of the- blue frame traders hanuman nagar nagpur. I also face the same problem for booking after 21 days after booking i also give the reminder after 2 days which is very problematic for us.

My consumer no is 614604, I booked a cylinder on 15/05/2009 and got that cylinder on today( 16/07/2009). I have Two cylinder and 2nd one booked on 20/06/2009. The delevery person crossed the 2nd booking and told that as per gas act none can booked two cyliders. After getting one gas can book another cylinder after 21 days. Is there was any such rule? While my both cylinders are empty and no shedule of them for suply the cylinder in time. We are presurrised to use another way for cooking. I need help like others are facing same problems. I am waiting for your kind reply. My contact no is 91-[protected]

HP Gas — forgery
to whom so ever concerned.two weeks back i have called up the gas agency which is in dhole patil road for booking. they informed me that call me on 15th oct 2009, since u have not completed 21 days of earlier cyclinder delivered.
when i called up on the 15th oct 2009, i was schocked to know that they have delivered the cyclined to me on previous day. i asked them who as signed? they have no answer.
tell me what i happening here. what shud i do? i there any one to look into it and find out on the
issue?
best part is that when i told u r staff that i will complain, they are not bothered? thanks for keeping such wonderful staff.

HP Gas — No delivery of Gas for 21 Days
Dear Sir / Madam,I Prem pal Yadav, Consumer No. 675595date 6/5/2009 had booked for refilling of Cooking Gas Cylinder on 19th Sep 2010 vide their memo no. 6661.
It is distrubing to hear that the personnel at agency always give a reply that it will be delivered in a day or 2. Request explanation be sought from the vendor for not adhereing to the schedule of delivery.
