[Resolved]  Hp Gas — HP gas booking

Dear sir,
I am working in Lok Sabha Secretariat, Parliament House. i want to make you aware of the fact that my father-in-law namely mohd. Shamim (Consumer No.634925) R/o C-1/289, Yamuna Vihar, delhi, who is physically handicapped, has been trying to GANGA ENT.[protected] book gas for the last fifteen days but to our surprise, all of their telephone numbers are engaged all the time. we keep trying again and again but in vain.
I, on behalf of my father-in-law request to please look into the matter personally and get the needful done as early as possible.

Hello Sir/Madam,

we are facing problem with booking cylinder in Channapatna, Ramanagaram district. Dealers are not providing gas in time and they will not allow us to book cylinder correctly. They will take booking once in 50days..we have to beg them like anything to book a gas and the delivery is also bad.

Please look into this matter soon and solve the problem.

I am Try to Book my Cylinder Our No.603457. But they are not taking booking they says come with ration card then only we can do booking. But we are not having Ration Card. What to Do know?.

I was continously trying hundreds of times to book the Gas with Ratna Agency. But all my efforts are in vain. They have provided us four number in which two numbers never work. Other two numbers ring but no one responded to that at any point of time. This agency service is very bad. It would be great if the system is changed.

my HP consumer number is 620399. I am trying to call at Soham gas service center, Thane. Their Phone 25475154 is not working and 25478227 is busy all the day. I am not able to book my Gas.
it will be very costly to me to go there personaly and book the gas.
Their phone are all time busy .
