[Resolved] Hp Gas — Dealers not picking telephone | |
Hi, Its really testing patience that Dealer of HP Gas based at No. 150/1, Hosur Road, Near Check post, Koramangala, Bangalore - 95 having 4 Telephone lines i.e,[protected], 25532319, 25634477, 65583226 but not picking up in any of the lines. They are troubling consumers by creating shortage and troubling shortage. Such dealers licence should be cancelled. Dear Sirs,M/s SAVITHA GAS AGENCIES Dealer of HP Gas based at Adambakka, Chennai, having 4 Telephone lines i.e,
[protected]/22445656/43559809/32548160 but not picking up in any of the lines. They are troubling consumers by creating shortage and troubling. Such dealers licence should be cancelled. As this is a service industry harsh actions should be taken for creating such problems to customers.

I live in Narela, New Delhi and my H.P. Consumer No. is 613271. I have tried all numbers the agency has given me. But nobody is picking up. Please look into the matter and have a gas cylinder issued to me at the earliest.

actually when i call to gas agency for booking my gas so they have not pick my phone and if they pick my phone so they put the phone in hold.therefore i have face many problem.so then i have to go to the aggency for book the gas.sir please solve my problem.thanks in advance.
HP — Not picking phone
tried so many times the numbers 23000622 and 23006044 from 10AM to 8PM. Nobudy pics the phone.Let me know the numbers on which we can book the refill cylinder.

I stay at Hastsal, House no 463, group 1 and I agree to what you have said above. I also had nightmares dealing with the dealership specially while getting new connection. This agency does not have phone number engrossed (mentioned on their ink stamp) on their dealership card.
To start with, the attitude of sales staff at counter does not seem right. Twice I had to book the connection by visiting the place because the number was busy al through the day. Whenever I visited most of times the telephone keeps ringing and the lady at counter is busy chit chatting with other staff member.
Not to ignore, the work culture is that slow, sometimes, I feel like pulling my hair. And that also does not seem right... For any simple work the staff consumes a lot of time and after all (if they decide to answer - lucky you are to get a straight answer!!!) they answer you with such a look that you dare ask a different question.. I am not too angry or getting biased because of it but actually the staff is dead slow in their response.
Welcome to the “Jungle Raj” where you have made the biggest mistake if you have decided to deal with DK enterprises (Sorry HP and other HP responsible dealership’s).
These are all my personal observation which might be right for all other cases also so if any one needs clarification he/she can mail it to me at [protected]@gmail.com.

I have personally gone and seen that they keep the receiver of the phone on the desk (due to which we get the message - this phone no. does not exist or get an engaged tone). I have fought with these people but of no use. Everytime same problem. I dont know how HP is tolerating with these type of agencies even after so many complaints on them. I am surprised to see somany compalints on the net on this agency. Infact I had called up HP also once and complained.
I hve booked my refill 15 days back and still not received it. everytime (whenever u get the line) they say they will send it today or tomorrow. but so far it has not come. sometimes they will erase the earlier booking and book it fresh when you ask why cylinder has not come. Next time when you call they will tell that you have booked 2 days back only and when you expalin they will tell that there is some computer problem.
Does anybody have a solution to this. Poor hapless office goers.

COMPLAINT AGAINIST HP SERVICE CENTRE OKHALA NEW DELHI
i wanna complain aganist the hp service centre okhla new delhi. i got a tape drive with my prolaint hp server and since from the begning my tape drive dint work at all. then i came to hp service certre okhla and they told they will replace it within 5 days. after 5 days i called them up. they told we have orderd part for ur device and that dint came yet it will take next 5 days . then after 5 days i called them then they the part we orderd for the tape drive is wrong part we have to order it once again. they told me to call after weeks time. i called them after a week one other manager piked the phone and tome that i mlooking into the matter i will call u back after half an hour and give status. neither i reciver any call from that person . now they r not piking my phone. please help to sort out this issue. as i m not the resisedent of delhi i m am staying in a hotel ant it costs me huge amount.

y the hell the cylinder dealers of HP were not reciving the call. if they are not interseted to work their licence has to be cancelled

HP Gas — HP gas dealer phone receiver is not working
I am staying in Hastsal vikaspuri DDA LIG, flat no.509.just 2 months before i have taken gas connection from HP GAS, d- block, vikaspuri, D.K.agency.At the time of application filling their behviour was so bad but even i ignored that time.Now since last 2 days i m trying contact number of D.K, Agency but busy all time showing.i tried in night even to check that number is in service or nt but couldnt justified.so i went in today morning 22-10-08 but to see all these i was blank, i saw both phone receiver was kept out from telephone set.after asking about this they told me that u r unlucky that u r nt getting my number.my conumer number is -608653.my contct numer is [protected].
