MAHESH AGRAWAL IS HAVING A COMPLAIN AGINST H.P. GAS CO. AND HIS DEALER. I AM HAVING H.P.GAS CONNECTION NO.613588 NAME OF DEALER-AGNI GAS -INDORE.LATE NIGHT I.E..11.08.2011 THE REGULATOR OF THE ABOVE GAS CO GOT DAMAGE AND THE HOLE CYLINDER GOT EMPTY. EARLY MORINING I CONTACTED THE DEALER AGNI GAS ON I.E 12.08.2011 AT 9.30 A.M., I REQUESTED TO REPLACE THE REGULAOR, HE DENIED AND SAID REGULATOR IS NOT IN STOCK ITEM, WHEN IT COMES, TO US COME AND COLLECT.WHEN I ASKED WHEN IT WILL COME HE SAYS WE DO NOT KNOW CHECK AFTER 4/5 DAYS.WHEN I REQUESTED AND TOLD THAT KEEP MY REULATOR AND MY COMPLAIN, INFORM AS SOON AS IT COMES I WILL COLLECT IT.HE DENIED.WHEN I FORCED THEN HE HAS TAKEN MY NO AND SAID WHEN IT WILL COME, YOU COLLECT THE SAME, THE H.P.GAS AGENCY DID NOT COOPERATE THE CUSTOMER, HOW ONE CAN SURVIVE WITHOUT REGULATOR IT IS NOT AVAILABLE ON LOAN ALSO.
LAST 2 DAYS I.E. FROM 12.8.2011 TO TILL TIME WE ARE MANAGING OUE KITCHEN-TEA/NASTA/LUNCH/DINNER FROM OUR SIDE AT VERY HEAVY COST FOR WHICH THE GAS CO IS RESPONSIABLE WHEN .WE WILL GET THE REGULATOR FROM CO WE DONOT KNOW ????????

We agree you should get new regulator immediatly, with all expenses with new gas cylinder with immediate effect. it is a emergency service.
Not attending the complaint of either the leak regulator or may be the problem from Burner knob or from any other part

Gas Servicing number where complain was given on July 11, 2017 before noon:[protected].
I did a complain to the Baranagar Gas Service at 11:58 AM today, i.e., on July 11, 2017. I requested to send an expert immediately who can check the cause of Gas leakage and to bring a good quality connecting pipe so that if required that can be used. Over telephone the person on the other side committed to come and check the fault during afternoon hours. I repeatedly requested that you please send your person as otherwise I will be in serious problem. But at the end of the day I write with an anxiety that no one came to provide me the emergency service which may cause a serious problem by leakage. Can I expect the emergency service immediately?

HP Gas dealership — Repair of burners for leaks
Hi,I had complained to the HP dealer in the month of January 2009 regarding flame emerging out of the knobs of the burner. No mechanic was sent. I again complained to them when I went for booking the gas on 04th April 2009.
I specifically told the clerk on counter that since I have just one cylinder, he could send me the mechanic along with the guy who would deliver the gas cylinder. He stated that the mechanic could do the work without the gas cylinder.
The mechanic arrived in about three to four hours. Again I reitereated that I had no go gas cylinder coz I had only one cylinder, he asked whether I could get from my neighbours which was not possible.
I told him my complaint and told him that he could return after the gas cylinder's delivery was done. But he confirmed that he could check and repair without the cylinder. I again asked him whether I need to change the burners (Surya Ratna with ISI mark) since I had the burners for the past 10 years and whether they provided any? He said that they didn't supply any. I told him I was ready to purchase new one but he said he could repair this burner. So I consented. He charged me Rs 345 and replaced some parts and put in some new parts.
I again asked whether he needs to check when the delivery of the gas was done. He refused saying the work was already done. During the day one of my neighbours offered one of her extra cylinders to me.
After connecting the same I could start cooking. But alas this time the flame that emerged from the knob was so large that I was frightened to use it.
My question is :
1. How much of a mechanic are these so called company mechanics in HP uniform?
2. If anything untowards happened who is responsible for this?
3. Are these safety measures?
4. Does it take so long to get a second cylinder that is more than 6 months just because we don't know how to bribe?
I really would want answers for the above!!!
