[Resolved] HP Gas Company — Rude behaviour of workers and non delivery of refill cylinder | |||
Sir, With due regards I beg to put forth my grievances that I am consumer of HP Gas agency at Phulbani,with double bottled connection,since last 10 years, vide consumer No.606701. But it is a matter of regret that since the date of my consumership of HP Gas agency, not in a single instant the distributor delivered the gas in time after booking.For example I have booked for refill cylinder on 14.6.2011. Already one month have been passed away and instead of my several approach the gas distributor not yet delivered the same. Due to non available of gas in our house we are leading a miserable life.I am a govt.servant. It is not possible on my part to receive the gas from the godown standing in a line hours together, leaving my office work.I have also registered my complaint in the HP Gas complaint system,vide my reference No.11018031 and11018440. Besides these complaints, I have also submitted my grievances to the Sanjog Helpline, Govt of Orissa, Food and Consumer Affairs department and CSCBBSR, but yielded no result.At last getting no other way I have put forth my grievances before you for your kind interfere into the matter,impart suitable direction to the gas distributor and enable me to get the refill cylinder at an early date, for which act of your kindness, I shall remain ever grateful and oblige.
