Sub : No delivery of Regulator and Gas Cylinder against TV from Lucknow.
REF : TV 058 [protected]

• I submitted one TV details to your Dealer at Bhatpar Rani in Deoria , transferred from Lucknow , one month back . During this period I / my representative visited the Dealer Shop thrice at his instance to deliver the Regulator and Gas Cylinder. He has been saying that there is no stock of Regulator and cylinder for the last 4 weeks .

• You may appreciate that this is a TV case against which , delivery could have been effected immediately .

Kindly look into the matter and instruct your Dealer at Bhatpar Rani ( Deoria) to deliver me Gas Cylinder and Regulator immediately against this TV 058 [protected]

gas cylinder — regulator of gas cylinder

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that our gas regulator is not functioning well.After switching off the cylinder gas continue in burner for 10-15 minutes.
We reported about this to our supplier but he ignored by saying that it is due to gas mixing in cylinder that's why it flames after cutting its supply.

How can a responsible person say like this?

If,any mishappening will occur then your whole department will be responsible..
You must check all these things seriously.
