Sir, I the undersigned Raghvendra S. residing in N.R. Colony is a regular customer of HP Petrol Pump at the above said pump station. This complaint is regarding filling less quantity of petrol regularly by pump operators.

Latest incident happened on the 13th July of 2011. I had asked the operator to fill Rs. 1000/- of petrol. The operator started from Rs. 200/- after filling to other vehicle, did not zero before starting to fill my car, and stopped at Rs. 1000/- and demanded the payment, i was noticing all his activities and to prove it. I started the car and showed him the indicator, but the operator was not ready to accept his mistake.

later after heated verbal exchange, he said it was his collegues mistake, that he did not zero the meter

Please treat this as an official complaint and take action as appropriate.
