[Resolved]  Hp Gas — IVR Gas Booking Issue

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a consumer of HP Gas at Annapurna Gas Agency, Manikpur, Vasai West Thane - 401 202, my consumer number is - 613184 in the name of - Shobha Ramesh Kadam, i have booked my Gas refill last month i.e. 23/03/2012 also have received SMS regarding the same, unfortunately i had to change my cell phone due to which i have lost the SMS with the booking number mentioned, Now when i have contacted them they said that there is no Booking done since February 2012, So i have again booked it through IVR today i.e. 28/04/12.

Also there is lot of inconvenience to lot of customers as the agency phone is unanswered maximum number of times, the number is[protected].....

Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest
