[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Late Delivery

I want to know that which date your HP dealer count for 21 days whether from booked date or delivery date. e.g. I had booked a cylinder on 22.12.2007 which was delivered on 24.12.2007 so due date for next cylinder falls on 13.01.2008, days count as per receipt date (delivery 24.12.2007) but your dealer says that 21 days start from 25.12.2007. please clarify this matter at your earliest and also clarify 21 days caounts start from booked date or delivery date?

My consumer number is 618655 Booked a HP GAS 15 days back but still i am waiting everyday i am getting the same answar . sending today. This i s purlely disgusting bad service of HP GAS dealer , Gaurav Enterprises,Noida

I booked gas for home delivery on10.01.08 but till today 14.02.08 it is not deliver. he says tomorrow it will be delivered. And when you call on phone no-body response.

We are facing a lot of problem due to this. Please let me know whom to approach for this problem. I am 76 year old and stay alone and it is very difficult for me to do without gas for months. My consumer number is 6o4639

our connection NO. 608221 with Radha Gas Agency, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Our residance address at A/2, Navakar Apartment, Nr. Mona Park, Jivraj pArk, Ahmedabad.
We have informed agency in writting that we both are service people & due to that you pl. delivered the bottle before 10.30 A.M. or on sunday. And every new refilling booking we reminder the same to booking clerk. But she every time instite us to hand over bottle to our neighbour & promisse us for next day delivery. But we are not getting delivery up to seven days. And every day one o[censored]s waiting for the bottle up to 11.00 & we allways late at our office.
We wish for regular and in time delivery of the bottle.

The above gas agency is always delieveing late gas to the consumers.And this is complained to the agency several times by me and other consumers,But no concrete development has been seen so far.

This time also i have the number 76666 dated Oct 20 2010.But the gas has not been delievered till this time.

So i would like to draw your attention in this regard to please intervene so that the HP GAS consumers of Muzaffarpur can be benefitted with the Best known service of HP Gas.And the Consumers would continue their belief on HP Gas.

Myself ARAVINDHIA.B.SHIVAKUMAR,want to do complaint against Hp Gas agency
regarding late delivery which a problem facing from one week of the refill booking.The agency
named "SIVA SHAKTHI GAS AGENCY",located in #267,khbcs layout,basaweshwara nagar,sharada colony,Bangalore.79.
Our consumer no is 637963.we are facing this problem since 1week of d refill booking,there is no proper response from the distributor of this agency.
Doing late delivery its a casual thing for this agency.Please do the needful for us taking action on
this company.we are really frustrated by the service they are providing to
all consumers.refill is needed within a day.
Please do the needful.Thanking You.

i booked a cylinder at 24/08/2011 in shiv sai gas agency(noida).they told me that they will deliver my cylinder with in 2 weeks but they didn't deliverd gas yet. when ever i went to gas agency the cylinder booker said to me that 'ha abhi bhej rhe h, aaj gas nhi h kal bhej denge'.today i went to agency so they told me that the bookers not here come tomorow.
but the gas cylinder is awaylable in black on double rate. so i am requesting that take action agains the service providers quikly.

the date of booking is 24/9/2011 not 24/8/2011. sorry for mistek
